passing prosthetic parity in this legislative session. Two years from now we’ll try again.

prosthetic parity amendment (to bill SB23)
all comes down to a decision by a joint conference
committee led by Senator Jane Nelson (Health & Human Services chair,
author of SB23), combined with the support of Lt Governor by Monday.
Instructions
on how to help: needed today - Saturday, May
26. The committee members will consider
this over the weekend into Monday. Use fax or email on weekend if phones do not
answer.
(1) Most
important: call the capitol office of Sen Nelson
(Grapevine/Denton) office (512 463-0112) and tell the aid who answers that you
urge Sen Nelson to concur to amendment#16 of
SB23.
(2) Call
the SB23 Senate members of the joint committee and do the same

your district’s representatives and urge him or her to press Sen Nelson to concur to SB23 amendment16.
